HOW TO PREPARE VEGETABLE SAUCE

 


Vegetable sauce is alternatively preferred to  chicken stew, because, it plays a vital role in human nutrition, ( Loaded with Vitamins and Nutrients).

Vegetable sauce is low in fat and carbohydrate (CHO), but high in Vitamins, Minerals and Dietary Fiber.

The total time preparation of vegetable sauce is 5mins and it's very easy to prepare.

In this article, I will be showing you how to prepare a delicious vegetable sauce.

INGREDIENTS


•Vegetable leaves



•Scent leaves( Nchanwu/Efrinrin/Daidoya)





•sliced onions







•Seasoning cubes


•Grounded Crayfish





•Grounded pepper


•Fish/Chicken/Beef( it's optional)


•2 Pieces of Egg


PROCEDURES

 Season your meat/ fish / chicken, in a neat pot.

Place an empty pot on a low heat, add your vegetable oil or groundnut oil and allow for 5sec.

Add your sliced onion, stir and allow for 15secs for a sweet aroma.

Add your fresh pepper, seasoning cubes, Grounded crayfish and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly and allow for 20seconds.

Add your scent leaves, stir and allow for 45 seconds.

Add your vegetable leaves and Beef or chicken, stir and allow for 33secs.

Beat your egg mixture until it becomes smooth. Add egg and allow for 5seconds, before you stir completely. Add salt to get your desired taste.


Tip: Don't stir immediately you pour your egg.

Vegetable sauce with fried potatoes is unique and I love it when served Hot.
