How To Prepare Porridge Beans and Ripe Plantain

Beans is used as vegetables for human and animal food. It can be cooked in different ways like; boiling, frying etc.

It's use in different traditional meals all over the world. 

I will be showing you how to prepare a delicious beans porridge with ripe plantain, that will not cause heartburn or purge you.

INGREDIENTS
Beans seed

Ripe Plantain

scent leaves
• Palm Oil
• Fresh pepper
• Sliced Onion

• seasoning cubes (optional)

• crayfish

• Salt

PROCEDURES

Slice your Onion and scent leaves, peel the ripe plantain and slice into small pieces, blend your pepper and crayfish.

Boil your beans for 8mins, sieve out the water from the beans. Wash the beans and sieve again.

Pour beans back into the pot, add clean water and set on heat.

Cook the beans until it becomes tender (soft).

Once the beans is soft , add your sliced onion, ripe plantain, pepper and crayfish, palm oil, seasoning cubes (optional) and a pinch of salt.

Tips: Don't stir immediately. Allow for 6mins( depending on the heat used for cooking), to get your desired taste and aroma.

Stir thoroughly for a complete mixture.

Taste for Salt.

Turn off the heat and allow your porridge to cool
